Unable to run BSR

Every time I try to run BSR, I get this error message: An error occurred processing your request. Try decreasing the “Max Page Size”, or contact support.

But when I go to the plugin settings, Max Page Size it at the lowest increment it can go.

PLEASE HELP!!!
