When trying to save plugin options, I get my sites 404 page.
Is there a log file I can find and provide?

I’m assuming this is a standard site, and not a multisite? I’m also assuming that you’re referring to the settings pages under the SSO menu item?

It sounds like you may have some rewrite rules or a plugin rewriting URLs incorrectly. WPSSO simply registers it’s settings name with WordPress, but WordPress handles the saving of options and reloading the settings pages. You might try enabling the WP_DEBUG constant or activating the Query Monitor plugin, although I’m not sure if that would tell you anything.

Thanks for getting in touch. I am going to try to the debug and query monitor plugin this weekend. Will try to get more info here as soon as I know more. thanks!

It had been working, maybe I will start with a fresh install, and also remove settings on uninstall first.

Can I mark this thread as resolved then?

    Sorry about going dark.
One quick update, it does seem like its only on Advanced Settings, I can save Essential and General settings tabs just fine.

I had another plugin act up as well. so will be doing a full debug tonight, including server redirects
