Unable to save attendee changes

    My client is trying to change the classes that an attendee is registered for in Events->Attendee Management. After clicking update, the entire screen shows this error,

    There was an error in your submission, please try again. The attendee was not saved!.
    …Now returning you to attendee list…
    Now adding extra question responses.

    …

    She’s using 6.01.08.

    This will occur is something is not correct about the attendee, or the actual attendee data is not correct. As a test, change the last letter of the attendee name and save. If it saves, then change it back and save again. Sometimes is key data does not change the record will not allow an update.
