Unable to save changes to production site

I am using the Accountra theme, and while I am able to save changes to my GoDaddy staging site, I am running into problems when trying to edit my production site. This problem only occurs with this theme. Others work fine. I believe there’s a file permissions issue. I see different permissions on many of the files when I compare the production site to the staging site.

I’m also unable to see my nav menu in the editor (also only a problem on the production site)

Which files and folders are written when saving updates to the site?
