    Hi, i try to configure the plugin. i configure the key and the webhook and do the test key. i save but when i go back and the key nothing save. i uncheck test mode and save and when i go back on setting the test mode still active

    I understand you are having issues to save the settings.

    As I understand you don’t want it to be on test mode, correct?

    Do you get any error messages or does it just does not work?

    Have you tried removing the plugin and downloading it again?

    You might need to do a conflict test, but before that, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    i have exactly the same issue. The latest update has an issue where if save order number to descriptor is enabled payments fail with no reason. I am unable to deactivate this setting to fix as when I go to save it says error. Tried all the usual things like disabling all plugins and switching to a different theme. No joy though.

    Hi, I just faced a similar bug on my development website, I searched for days, and I finally find something :

    Even if you don’t use Apple Pay/Google Pay (even if the box is unchecked), go to “Customize” and check if one of the 3 options is checked for the “Button appearance” section (Small / Medium / Large).

    Selecting one of the options and then saving finally unlocked my problem.

    I’m not sure it will be your problem, but give it a try.
