Unable to Save Discussion Settings

  • I’ve been using WP for years and hardly had any problems. However, for the last 2 versions of WP, I couldn’t receive any email notifications whenever I get a new comment on my blog. I’m also unable to save the Discussion Settings page at wp-admin/options-discussion.php

    Everytime I tried to click “Save changes” button, it will bring me to my homepage with the error message:

    Not Found
    Apologies, but we were unable to find what you were looking for. Perhaps searching will help.

    Although the address listed on the address bar is “wp-admin/options.php”

    Can somebody please help?????
