• Hello,

I’m unable to save the footer changes in the Page Settings & Styling section when editing the page.

Below are settings I’m trying to save.

“Display Footer Widgets Area = Enable

    Display Copyright Area = Disable

Select Template = Custome template 1″

  • Hello @utkarshs,

    Thank you for reaching out,

It seems that you have a dedicated template for the footer and you actually need to edit that template. Would it be possible to send a short video of the problem you are facing so we can better understand it?

You can upload your files to one of the following online services:
    https://loom.com
    https://drive.google.com

For more information about the custom footer, please follow this link:

If you cannot save Customizer on your WordPress.
Sounds like it’s a plugin conflict. For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let us know the results:

    0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
    2. Deactivate all plugins.
    3. Then, first, activate Ocean Extra plugin.
    4. Check your issue.
    5. Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue

Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation and ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins(before updating, please get a full backup from your website).

Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    Hope it helps.
    Best Regards
