Unable to Save “From” Email Address in WooCommerce Settings

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the email settings in WooCommerce. Specifically, when I try to save the “From” email address under the WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Email Sender Options), the field doesn’t save, and the input is cleared after I click save.

    Here are the details of my setup:

    • WooCommerce and WordPress are fully updated.
    • I’ve tried disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, but the issue persists.
    • Caching has been cleared, and my user role has full administrator permissions.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Are there any errors being displayed when trying to save? Can you check the browser console for any errors while trying to save the settings and share any with us here? You can read more about?using your browser console to identify errors here

    Additionally, can you please share the following:

    • System Status Report:?You can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support.
    • Fatal Error Log:?Please share any?fatal error logs?(if any) found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs

    I’m encountering the same issue on WooCommerce 9.7.0 and WordPress 6.7.2. I’ve also disabled all other plugins. It doesn’t matter which address I try to use, the field is always blank after I reload.

    This is the output in the developer console after opening the page (same after submitting the address), but I’m not sure it’s relevant:

    The warning you are seeing:
    “select control in @wordpress/data-controls is deprecated since version 5.7. Please use built-in resolveSelect control in @wordpress/data instead.”
    This seems to be coming from a plugin or custom code used on your site, which may be causing the issue.

    I can see you’ve already tried deactivating all plugins, but the error indicates that there is still a plugin or custom code active on your site. For testing purposes, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and switch to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if the issue is resolved?

    If the issue persists, could you please share the system status report from the staging site? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status.
