Unable to save info and doesn’t show dropdown menu

  • Hello,
    I am unable to make this plugin work properly:
    it doesn’t save the new info provided in the name form,
    also doesn’t show up in checkout field.

    Looks like a wrong save.
    I am using the latest mariaDB, latest PHP version, WP-multilang, Litespeed server

  • Hey Leeonard, I am not sure how relevant your question still is but it sounds like you perhaps have it disabled in Woocommerce Settings > WC Pickup Store

    You should have 2 tick-boxes

    • Enable/Disable
      Enable stores in chekout

      • And if it is not updating, maybe your Litespeed is set to cache admin area? Purging the whole cache should help.

    Hello guys

    @leeonard89 as @rafaeluj says it might be an issue related to the cache of your site or server, maybe a DB cache or something similar. I would recommend you to test it by deactivating other plugins or check for your server/cache settings.

    Hi guys!

    I have the same problem than Leeonard,
    I change the configuration on WC Settings > WC Pickup Store and when I try to save the changes the plugin doesn’t change anything.
    I desactivated and deleted cache plugins, tryied to desactivate all the plugins and it still doesn’t work.
    Do you think I’m doing something wrong?

    Hey same issue here it only shows a radio button but doesnt show the dropdown.
