Unable to save or publish new posts on website

  • Hi, I am unable to save updates or publish any pages on the website I am working on. I was editing it the other day and moved the feature boxes on the right hand side, where the save and publish actions usually are, and this box disappeared.

    Since then I have not been able to update or publish any pages as it affects every page I go onto.

    This is urgent so if it can be looked at that would be great.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
