• I am unable to save any of the settings for the participants database. All of the tabs under the settings area eventually gives me a site took too long to respond. I’m on dreamhost. Any ideas?

    One possibility is that the size of the POST data is too large for your system configuration. When the settings are saved, all of the settings are saved, so there are a lot of fields in the POST.

    What you’re seeing is unusual, though, typically, this results in an HTTP error. Anyway, you may need to contact your web host and tell them the problem…there may need to be a change to your PHP configuration.

    I have modified my php settings. But, that didn’t seem to help. I will contact dreamhost and see if they can help.
