Unable to “save” settings

    trying to make some setting changes at woocom setting page
    wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings

    I can select different things but the “save” button Never darkens and becomes able to be clicked

    anyone else having the type of problem?
    Trying to change where we sell and ship to, as well as not show out of stock items

    I can pick everything I want, but the Save button never unshades allowing me to SAVE any of the settings

    I am completely updated with latest WP version 6.7, and have the hello theme

    The conflict was an auto installed plugin Softaculous Pro
    once deactivated, SAVE was again an option
