Unable to Save Snippet (Google Ads AdBlocking)

    When using Google AdSense error protection message you’re unable to Save/Update a code snippet it results in 404 page not found.

    Using the ‘Ad blocking recovery’ works without issue it just fails on the error protection message?

    Assuming it’s something to do with the code syntax?

    Hi @davidblood,

    I’m not sure I understand the issue here, if you get an error trying to save or edit a snippet you might need to look at the firewall settings for your server or if you are using a security plugin WordPress that might also interfere.

    I am not familiar with the error protection feature you mentioned but from what I can see that should not have any effect in the backend of the site.

    I’ve tried this with firewall disable and even on a local WP without my provider’s server security.

    No luck. Other code works fine just not Google’s code (it’s huge!) is there a way I can DM or email you privately? As I’m not sure if the code includes sensitive information. I doubt it as it’s visible in page source.
