Both Templates and Signatures tabs work the same.

    1. Click on the ‘Add new’ button above the list of templates
    2. Give a unique name to the template
    3. Customize you template either in HTML or in WYSISYG mode
    4. Press the ‘ADD’ button beside the template name

    Done!
The template or signature lists dynamically update showing the new item.

I have a completely fresh install, but unfortunately neither the Templates tab nor the Signatures tab show any list. The Send email tab shows 2 drop down menus for Templates and Signatures (both are populated with “Default”, but nowhere do I see an “Add new” button for a list of templates or an ADD button next to a field name.

I also just tried an install on another server, and they do show there. I tried disabling all plugins, switching theme, but that left side where the “Add New” is supposed to be is just blank. Any other suggestion is greatly appreciated.

The template and signature lists are based on a internal class of WordPress. The same that lists users, posts, pages, etc. in the other sections of the backend.

It is difficult to understand what is causing you this issue in the first install you were mentioning.
The only possible reason is an incompatibility with the them you are using or another plugin you installed.

I would try to deactivate all the plugins to see if EZ Emails works when it is the only active plugin.
Then I would try to reactivate one plugin at a time to see when EZ Emails stops working properly.

I am sorry for not being of further help for the time being.

I have not heard from you. I assume this problem is solved.
