Unable to scroll down using mobile device

Hi,

For some strange reasons, I suddenly can’t scroll down my website using my phone. I use a Samsung galaxy. Apparently, this is also a problem for those using iphone.

This only occurs when using a mobile device. On desktop, there’s no problem. The problem also goes away once I enable desktop mode on my phone.

However, I would like to know if there’s a way to fix this scrolling issue so that the website can return to being scrollable in mobile mode.
