Do you mean you restored the site from an old backup?

Yes I restored the site from an old backup.

Are the images visible in the post edit screen?

Yes it’s available on edit screen

Can you post a screenshot of thw post edit screen for a post which displays featured image on the backend, but not on the frontend?

Hi Shariq now it’s showing when I deactivated the plugin semrush.

Can you suggest me some good plugins for WordPress site relatated to optimize the pics and any other uses.

Haven’t used any of the image optimization plugins in a long time, but you can try one of the plugins listed here or here
