Unable to see Media Images

  • Hi, all.

    Recently I moved to Lensa Theme (from Colorlabs). Now, I’m unable to insert media since I cannot browse through existing media. I can even upload a new one, but this image is not shown after that.

    If I change to another theme, media library is accessible.

    Can you help me to solve this? How can I address?

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.ads-software.com here.
