I saw in the documentation that when PayPal is connected you have all these options which include adding it to the Checkout page. However, afer I’ve connected PayPal I don’t see any settings below it and therefore I’m unable to add it to the checkout page.

This is all I see, no options below.

    Hello @ajiaim,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with this one.

You should be able to set the Checkout Page via Events > Payments Tab > Tickets Commerce Tab.

    See the screen recording here:

See article here with the heading Payment Settings:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/tickets-commerce/

Let me know if this helps and how it goes.

    Best,
    Abz

    Thanks.
This is set but PayPal is not appearing on checkout.
I’ve connected and enabled it and get the option to “Resync payment connection” on the Tickets Commerce tab I see this though:

Not sure if it’s supposed to be like Stripe and say Enabled for checkout

    Hi @ajiaim,

If I understand correctly, you would like to enable both of Stripe and PayPal? I know you already tried re-syncing, but it’s worth trying out as well, could you try doing the following steps here for PayPal:

    1. Reconnect PayPal Account.
    2. Clear Cookies & Flush Caching Plugins / Browser Cache.
    3. Make sure that it is connected to a live account, the test mode only works with Sandbox Accounts.

Not sure if it’s supposed to be like Stripe and say Enabled for checkout

It should say that it is enabled and available for checkout as well.

Lastly, could you make sure that The Events Calendar Plugins are also up-to-date?

Let me know how it goes.

    Best,
    Abz

    Hi @ajiaim,

Since we haven’t heard from you in a while on this topic we will assume that the problem was fixed or is no longer applicable and with that I will mark this as resolved.

If that is not the case, please let me know and I will gladly remove the “Resolved” tag and try to help you further. Or you can create a new topic with the problem if you prefer.

    Best Regards,
    Abz
