Unable to see posts on Blog page

  • Hi, I read some earlier tickets on this but none helps to resolve my problem.

    I have a Front page (Home)and a Post page (Blog/Events)correctly configured in the Appearance – Homepage Settings however I am unable to see complete posts and images on the Blog page. My post is also in “Published” status. I have a Di Restaurant Theme.

    Any idea on how to resolve this pls?

    Hi

    May be, you have set display 1 post on blog page and hidden the pagination on blog page.

    First of all make sure you are displaying more than 1 post on blog page. you can set ‘Blog pages show at most’, here: Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most.

    Also make sure pagination is turn on on blog page. you can check, here: Appearance > Customize > Di Restaurant Options > Blog Options > Footer pagination on archive.

    Hi.

    Many thanks for your quick response. I went through the Di Restaurant options and noted that Contents on Archive option (Didnt know posts directly go into Archive, well my first post getting to learn ?? ) was default set at Display Excerpt which I changed to Display Content and it is now displaying the complete content with images.

    One thing I missed stating in my query is that I am unable to see the comments section in the blog page/post page though I have selected “Allow Comments” checkbox in the Blog page. Can you help pls.
