Unable to see Register/Create an Account link.

Hi there,

I’m using BuddyBoss version 2.0.4.1.
When the New User Approve plugin is active, I see the message that “site is accessible to approved users” but I do not see the link to register or create an account.

When the New User Approve plugin is deactivated, I see the Create an Account link to register on the site.

Would it be possible to fix this so that users can still register on the site for approval?
