Unable to see slider

Most themes with custom homepage widget areas require you to set “Front page displays” to “Your latest posts” under Settings → Reading so that the correct template for the widgets is used.

If you do that, does the slider widget then appear on your homepage?

If that doesn’t solve things for you, it would be worth getting in touch with the theme’s developer at https://www.bloomblogshop.com/contact/ to ask if there are any other steps you need to take. (Some theme developers even offer set up instructions to help get your site looking like their demo.)
