Hi guys, I just installed the plugin for a client and it looks like it will work great except for the fact that in the WP admin area I am not able to see the All Jobs dropdown in Job Listing. The only dropdowns I can see are settings and add-ons. So I have no way to approve posted jobs at the moment. When I put a test job through I could see a notification come up in the admin area for an item to address but no way to act on it.

    I am running WP 6.6.2

    Hi @heckman1977,

That definitely sounds odd. Do you have a screenshot you could share? One thing I would try is disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme like “Twenty Twenty Three” just to make sure other code isn’t causing the problem.

Let us know how that goes!

    Hello @heckman1977

Do you have updates about the issue above? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

Sorry guys, I did not see that you had left a response. Thanks for keeping it open for me. I’m not sure how I can send you a screenshot but I will try shutting off the plugins and seeing what happens. I will get back to you shortly.

I shut off all the plugins and changed the theme , purged the cache and I was still unable to see the other dropdown menu items I should have seen.

That indeeds looks very odd. Are you able to access “<url>/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=job_listing” directly?

I suspect that the user roles on this site have been modified. Can you check with your client if this is the case? If they have used a plugin like user role editor, the permission to the user roles are permanent, even with the plugin disabled.
