Unable to see the install button on phone and desktop both Why?

Thanks for reply, Thankyou very much for your response, Actually in the browser when you click an option then appears a banner, Is there any way to display banner when website loads or search it first time in browser also check in phone, In phone there is no option to install the button.

One more thing when we install app we got icon background , can we remove it check in my screenshot

The issue arises only when installation is denied initially, causing a potential cache problem. However, clearing the cache should resolve this.

Same for the mobile phones. clear the cache once and test on a different device, The banner will appear. We have checked on our end, and everything is working fine. If you encounter any specific issues, please let us know, and we will investigate and address them accordingly.

Additionally, when you install the app on your phone, a shortcut will appear. You can easily remove it by tapping on it. Moreover, you can make several changes, such as modifying the icon image and other settings, directly from the plugin: https://paste.pics/Q9FCX

We are using correct sizes for all the icons, Also use all icon in png, But we download the app we got icon background seems like white check in my screenshot

Hi, we have checked on our end, and there is no inherent problem with the Progressive Web App (PWA) itself. Upon review, we observed that the icon, when displayed on Android devices, automatically incorporates white space.

Our recommendation to resolve this behaviour is to consider enhancing the transparency of your icon’s background. By doing so, the icon will seamlessly integrate across various devices without imposing an additional background.
