Unable to see thumbnails

Have you uploaded the images using FTP? If that’s so you need to remove them and upload them again using the standard Media Upload used by Photo Gallery. Thank you.

I’m having the same problem as R. Ramakrishnan. I select all the images in a gallery and choose Recreate Thumbnail. A couple of seconds pass by, but no thumbnails appear. Freshing the page does not help.

Version 1.2.66 on WP 4.3.1

And, no I didn’t use FTP. I used the built-in uploader.

Please check out that the images included in Photo Gallery do not have special characters or spacing within their titles. This can also be an issue. As for the Recreate Thumbnails this option is designed for another purpose, it is for resetting all changes made to the original thumbnails not for adding thumbnails. Thank you.

I increased all php limits such as 80MB Post size, 80MB Upload size, 256MB Memory limit. but nothing only Images below 35kb is working well, see below screeenshot:

124kb and 97kb size (Large image) uploads through media library is working well : https://prntscr.com/93hio9

but not working via photo gallery upload, So there is no problem with my server limit or permission issues.

only Issue in the plugin, i think.

Could you please try importing images from Media Library by going to Options>Import from Mediar Library and setting it to yes. Then try adding images from library. And contact us with the results. Thank you.

Yes, Thats working Fine. Options>Import from Mediar Library and setting it to yes. But, i can’t upload images directly using Gallery upload..?!

If you are unable to add images via Gallery uploader it means you have permissions issue. Your permissions do not allow calling out uploads folder to add images, allowing access only when Media Library is used. Please check out your permissions or contact your hosting provider to change your permissions if you are unable to. Thank you.
