unable to see users with “pending” filter

    Hi,

    I am getting notifications for every new user registration, but when I go to the website and filter the user list using the “pending” tag, I don’t see any users in the list.

    Can someone help me out with this??

  • We have the same issue.

    I’ve just done exactly that and got the list OK. Remember to select pending then press the Filter button (just to the right).

    After doing some research,
    I just realized, there are few things that you need to know as admin

    1. As soon as a user registers, they get a confirmation link on their email id.
    2. Only after the registered user confirms their email by clicking on that link, the user will be displayed on the pending list.

    Advantage: So, basically fake email id’s used during registration process wont be reflected in your “pending” list.
