Unable to select shipping method from klarna checkout window

Bring shipping options are not visible in the klarna checkout window. If you do not select a shipping option, the order can not be completed. I have double checked the bring API and customer number and those are correct. What else could be the issue? If I turn on the option to choose shipping from the cart (before checkout), that works. But if the customer does not select shipping and go straight to the klarna checkout, they can no longer select shipping.
