    Hi,
    after the plugin setup, when I click on get started, I can’t select my pixel that I have generated from the facebook business manager.
    Can you help me?

  • I don’t think it’s possible to use business manager and this plugin together yet.

    They are most likely waiting for the new Facebook API as mentioned in this ticket: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/facebook-for-woocommerce-9/

    Mortenz is quite right, we’re working on updates to the plugin to use the new Facebook API as mentioned in that other thread. While I can’t say exactly when this is scheduled for release, please know we’re working on it!

    Is there a way to setup manually the plugin directly on the database?

    Of course, always happy to respond. ??

    Manually manipulating the database information for the plugin is possible, I suppose, though this would fall outside of our support policy. Additionally, unless you know very specifically what you’re trying to do, this could cause issues in the database.

    That said, if this is to try to get around the pixel restriction presently, I don’t think that would work, as the Facebook updates have not yet been implemented. As such, even if you were able to modify the pixel ID, things probably wouldn’t work as a business pixel likely doesn’t have the right permissions.

    I would strongly recommend against making any modifications manually. If you do want to try that out, however, I’d also recommend doing this on a test site with a test shop, so that you don’t encounter further issues on your live shop.
