Unable to send mail

    I install WP Email Smtp and set my SMTP server details. but when I try to send a test mail, the debugger show the responds code #3837 and the PHPMailer attributes all are defaults show in response.

    Hello,
    You need to check this with your SMTP provider to see what is the cause of this issue.

    This seems to be the issue that is caused from the SMTP’s end. They might give you more details regarding how to fix it. This error can be due to authentication issues or maybe because the smtp might not be working fine.
