Unable to send OTP

  • Hi, I am Having problem with both Amazon and Twillo.
    My website is shop.fresity.xyz

    Can you please tell me how you solved it.

    Problem is on my registration page. I tried with disable phone on registration.
    and registration is successful.
    with phone it gives error :
    Operator not found. Please download operator SDK from the plugin settings. Check documentation for how to setup.

    As the error says, download the SDK from your settings.
    Go to settings page, under select operator, there is a download button.

    One more Problem I see is. I can not register with OTP while on checkout page.
    I have enabled it on my account page.
    But I dont find option for checkout page
    I get Login option on checkout page with otp.
    When I select I don’t have an account
    It goes to default registration without OTP

    Hello @ixap233

    You have a multi step checkout design.
    When you click on “I don’t have an account” It takes you to the checkout fields.
    Currently plugin does not support OTP verification in checkout fields.
    I am going to add this in next update.

    If you uncheck “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” from WC settings -> Accounts & privacy, maybe clicking on “I don’t have an account” take you to the my account page.

    No I tried that way. but then “I don’t have an account” button disappears.

    I also checked without multistep process but it gives same results
