Unable to send registration from

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve installed and setup ultimate member forms that used to be working fine some weeks ago.

    Then I had to remake my registration form from scratch, which I did, and now it seems I’m unable to validate and send it to recipient email address for validation.

    I fill in the form, click the “registration” button at the end of it, and it loads my filled form again and again. Tried different emails and different browsers. Always the same.

    Hi @ggoyard

    Could you please tell us what version of UM you’re using on your site? Also, Could you please try changing the site permalink to use %postname%? Please go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks > select “Post Name” and click on “Save Changes”.

    Ok, about permalinks:

    %postname% already selected, along with %year%, %month%, %day%. Should I unselect these ?

    Please use the %postname% so we can see if this is an issue with the UM.

    Did you make the changes in the permalink settings? Your site URL still has the index.php > https://17pourcent.fr/index.php/register/ – it should be https://17pourcent.fr/register/ when the permalink is changed to %postname%

    I just did. I noticed that I also had to modify the personalised structure of the permalinks.
