Unable to set deadline for registration

  • Hello,

    I’ve been trying to set the “Default Deadline for Registration” value under the Registration->Form Settings page. Once I use a value that is greater than zero – regardless of the unit (minutes, hours or days), my event page shows that registrations are closed.

    I am trying to set the deadine to 18 hours before the event starts. Any assistance, hint or link to documentation would be much appreciated.

    (I’m using the free version)
