Unable to settle to Binance

We paid for the plugin hoping an active license would solve some of our issues, but we are still seeing issues with transactions settling to Binance.com

I have double checked the API credentials and tested them successfully within the Tools tab of the plugin.

I never see any reserve amounts for orders on the Account tab, and we have definitely had orders paid for.

Any ideas?
