Unable to setup Jetpack again

I had been using Jetpack for the past 1 year, but last night I got an email where mentioned that my site is offline and Jetpack is unable to track. After that, while I checked the website, then it is running perfectly.
Then when I checked on wordpress.com, it was not able to detect the website so I removed and try to re-add it though, but after that whenever I click on Jetpack Setup, there is an error showing which is “The required “siteurl” parameter is invalid.”
Please fix this issue asap.

Hi there,
Can you please deactivate all your other plugins and try connecting Jetpack? I’m suggesting this to make sure that there isn’t another plugin that’s causing this issue.
If you get Jetpack to connect, then enable your plugins one by one and check if one of them causes any connection issues to Jetpack.

I also tried to deactivate all the plugins but the still showing the same error. Also tried, deleting the plugin and reinstalling it, nothing was done. Still error showing.
Also unable to get back my subscribers list. Please guide me on how can I get that back?
Jetpack went down for me, presumably after it updated. Various error messages, I tried to delete it but it only half did that. Now it refuses to delete or re-install. I’ve had this carry-on far too long with Jetpack. Every three months, though no fault of mine it misbehaves. The whole point of WP is it is supposed to make it easy for people like me to use without being an IT person.
Right now I just want to delete it and start again. I’ve just reinstalled the latest WP update.
“Deletion failed: There has been a critical error on your website.Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”
