Unable to share full URL while using shortcode

  • I have a custom page template where I put shortcode [addtoany]. All share buttons appearing but unable to share full URL with parameters.

    My page URL like: https://examaple.com/app-final-submit/?app_id=295
    and it shares only https://examaple.com/app-final-submit/

    But while I share using floating button, it works fine. Only problem in shortcode.
