Hi there, please try resetting the plugin and adding the facebook page back. Ensure that you are an admin of the Facebook page and follow this guide for setting up the account: https://docs.revive.social/article/349-how-to-create-a-facebook-application-for-revive-old-post

Hello, @uriahs-victor I have followed your instructions but when finish all the steps the app (on facebook) did not get activated. It asks me to provide an URL of privacy policy, so, from here I don’t know what to do, Any suggestions. Thank you in advanced

Hello, @uriahs-victor, again. I have tried a basic privacy policy that I got from termsfeed.com, but at the end I still have the same message preventing me from using your plugging, I feel some discourage because I have spent several days trying to resetting up your service because I have used it for several years before the new policies. Hope you can help me. Thank you again in advance for whatever suggestions. Greetings

This is the message I got:
    _:_:_:

Invalid Scopes: manage_pages, publish_pages. This message is only shown to developers. Users of your app will ignore these permissions if present. Please read the documentation for valid permissions at: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions

@alekslife please send us a ticket here: https://revive.social/contact you can put “free” in the area it asks for license

In the body of the ticket mention “assign to Uriahs” and add the link to this post in there as well.

At the end, uninstall the plugin. It’s a shame that it did not work! It was good while it worked.

I followed each tutorial, sometimes it worked, sometimes I did it wrong and finally I finish without working.

Hello, @uriahs-victor, thank you for your answer. I should tell you that your link didn’t allow me to send you any message, it just brings me to a page where I can consult FAQ. I only have the free version of your plugin, is that situation an obstacle to contact you?
    Thank you

An Update, I hadn’t seen that, during the process of creating everything from scratch (that I am doing now, again), I can’t change manually, the option: “Use Strict Mode for Redirect URIs” from yes to NO (manually, because it hasn’t change automatically). It doesn’t allow me to make the change…

@alekslife you need to create a new thread as this one has been marked as resolved. When you get to the contact page click “submit a ticket” then enter something into the search box to do an initial search (you can just enter something random)

After the results are pulled up you will see the button to send a support ticket below them:

Get this fixed, guys (Revive Social).

    You’re fumbling with this plugin.
