Unable to show Featured Images

  • Hi there,
    I’ve just installed Jetpack for the first time in order to make use of your “Display WordPress Posts” widget.

    The issue I have is that despite having the “Show Featured Image” box ticked my other sites images are not displaying on this homepage I’ve created here: https://redhillprepschool.co.uk/

    The feed and excerpt display fine, however no images.

    Just wondering if you could point me in the direction as to how to resolve ??

    Hi there! Are you an administrator on both sites? If so, could you check the posts on the source site, and confirm that they have a Featured Image set? Please let me know, and we can go from there!
