Unable to show Instagram photos

    Why would it say “Unable to show Instagram photos” for this shortcode placed on a page: [instagram-feed id=”1698268892″]?

    Account id=”1698268892″ is a public account that doesn’t belong to me.

    On another page I have [instagram-feed type=user] and this displays my own account images correctly. This account ID was entered in Instagram Feed > Configure > Show Photos From: User ID(s):

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi patopaiar,

    I’m not getting any data back from Instagram’s API for that ID. Could you send me a link to the Instagram account that you’re trying to display photos from so that I can take a look?

    We are getting the same issue “Unable to show Instagram photos”. We have installed the newest version of the plugin and re submitted the new token successfully, but was still getting the error. Could this be a javascript error?

    @smashballoon I’ve got the same issue since yesterday on my blog.
    Don’t know why but now this message is displayed: “Unable to show Instagram photos”

    The strange fact is that if I put un second feed (exactly the same) on my page, the first feed doesn’t work and put the issue message and the second one is OK and displays well the pictures.

    Could you help me on that?
