Unable to show locations

Hi, the plugin works, but locations cannot show. Also there is no placeholder or anything to add Econt credentials. What should I do to make Econt work??

Also I enabled the debug mode, but there is nothing in the log file about this plugin.
I have a default shipping method as mentioned. But still nothing works at the moment.
