Unable to show or change logo on the header

  • As you can see on the website. There is no logo on the header although I’ve already set the logo sign. FYI the logo sign have never shown up on the website, not even the tutor starter logo. I have already tried different versions of php, but the problem remains.

    It seems the image path is broken, resulting in the logo not showing as it should.

    Solution: Here is the step-by-step solution that should resolve the issue:

    1. Visit the homepage as an admin, then select "Customize".
    2. On the Customize page, navigate to "Tutor Starter Options Panel > Header > Change Logo".
    3. A pop-up to choose an image will show. From there, select "Upload Files" and upload your desired logo, then select the image.
    4. Repeat step 3 for the "Retina Logo" as well.
    5. Finally, select "Publish" to update the page resources.?

    Upon following these steps, the problem should be resolved.
