Unable to show remaining attempt text

Hi there, I’ve been having a bit of an issue with your plugin. I cannot show the ‘%s remaining attempts’ on the error message when someone types in the wrong username / password during login. I can only show the ‘ERROR: wrong username or password’ text.

Is there somewhere in the settings that allow me to show that string? I have been trying to look for it but to no avail.
