Unable to style bbpress (wp plugin) using firebug. Help please!

    Here is my site.

    I’m OK with CSS but for some reason I’m unable to target the elements I want to style with the bbpress plugin.

    For example, I want to move the author’s name away from the avatar but when I try and target it, other elements on the page just start moving around.

    Could someone please take a look with firebug and suggest an id or class I could target to just change a single element like the author name.
