Unable to submit form

    We have a pretty simple image submission form connected to a custom post type. For some reason the submit button is no longer working. We don’t get a lot of submissions via this form so I’m not sure when it stopped working but it’s fairly recent (suspect it stopped upon installing the last update).

    The only error I get in the console is:

    Error: No reCAPTCHA clients exist

    After choosing an image.

    We have not installed any new plugins on this site in quite a while so I’m not sure what to try next.
