Unable to submit form error

Could you please share the URL where is the form? That way, we can take a look to check what could causing the issue.

And considering this: “I use a cdn there”. Some CDNs use caching, like Amazon CloudFront.

From our experience, problems with form submission often result from a conflict between the cached site and the anti-spam protection feature in WPForms. With this, I recommend disabling the anti-spam protection feature in your form, and try again to submit it.

The CDN isnt caching anything as its set not to cache the site pages – https://prnt.sc/_RrkZPL2g_bt

I have also disbled all anti spam features from the forms and created a basic one to test it but nothing seems to be working and all the submissions fail – https://prnt.sc/2pkGd5g_cE0h

Not sure what else could be at play here.

Hey @temak – Thanks for following up on this ticket. I’m Prashant filling in for Ralden.

When you have some time, can you please share the page URL where the form is embedded so I can take a look? In the meantime, could you please try and disable the Anti-Spam feature in the form builder > Settings > Spam Protections and Security, and see if that helps? Here’s a screenshot. If it works, you can use the other spam protection tools that we offer.

In case the issue is still there, please try the steps we’ve shared in our Troubleshooting doc and let me know how it goes.
