I’m getting an error message when trying to submit a payment on the payment form:

“total requested amount 0 is below the minimum allowed”

I’ve tried using test and production environment. I’ve set it in the test mode for now. I’ve made sure there is a price set in the form settings. I’ve changed the price to test. Here are the current settings: https://cl.ly/46532938f24f

Here’s a link to the page with the form: https://lahealthtest.com/covid-19-viral-pcr-swab-1-test/

I’ve connected the plugin to Square and made sure a Location is selected. I don’t see any errors in the Chrome Console. I’ve also tried with all other plugins deactivated except this one. I’m using the Square test credit card number.

I’ve also tried in an incognito window

I’ve searched google for that error message and nothing comes up in the Square documentation.

  • Dear @theshmoes ,

Sorry for the inconvenience it caused. Kindly update to the latest version of the plugin to solve your issue. In case if it does not solve the problem please open a support ticket on our official website and your issue will be resolved on priority.

    Thanks

@theshmoes , also we have noticed in the screenshot that you are adding $ sign before the amount in Admin panel settings. It is not required, you just need to add the number 5 or 10 or 20 or whatever your amount is. Kindly try after removing the dollar sign and if it still shows the error please open a support ticket.

    Thank you.
