Unable to submit plugin to WP Plugins Directory for review

Hi,

I’m trying to submit a plugin I developed to the WP Plugins Directory for review. After filling in the required details in the form, I keep getting the error: “That name already exists. Please choose another name.” The name of the plugin I’m using is “HappyFox Helpdesk for WordPress”.

I read in another support post (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-submit-a-wordpress-plugin?replies=13#post-4213832) that having certain “banned” words in the plugin name would return that error (in this case, “WordPress”). Is this true? I’ve seen a competing Helpdesk plugin for WordPress that does have “WordPress” in its plugin name: “Zendesk for WordPress”. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
