    To better understand your site’s current environment. Can you also attach your system report?

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    I understand you are facing a similar issue, however I’d suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread.

    Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.
