    Hello,

    I am using Zotpress version 5.4.2 on WordPress 4.1. I was unable to refresh or modify an existing Zotpress database. I was also unable to reset Zotpress (gear icon kept spinning). So, I disabled and deleted Zotpress, then reinstalled it. I am unable to add an account using my user information (API user ID and private key) or group information (group ID). The gear icon keeps spinning.

    I have contacted the server administrator. An http method is installed and isn’t restricted. He doesn’t see the request to access Zotero in the logs either.

    Any ideas how to resolve this?
