Unable to take bookings

  • When the use tries to buy a ticket, a scrolling wheel appears and then disappears. I am using the Pro version for which I bought a full set of licences for yesterday.

    The only error message I can find is:
    /wp-json/eventorg/v1/booking
    POSTREST API HTTP 400 Bad Request455 ms

    This is an urgent issue as I have a large number of people wanting to buy tickets.

    On further investigation, I have found that this is an issue which is effecting new users who don’t currently have a user account.
