Sorry but what do you mean by “Rule out your installed plugins and theme”?
Uninstall everything and reinstall it one by one and see where is the problem? Or something else?

Would that be the problem? If so, I don’t understand why they are obsolete if WC was updated?

Deactivate plugins and retest is what I meant. Same for theme – switch to twenty twelve. You’ll be able to narrow down the cause that way.

I deactivated all plugins but I still can’t make Paypal payments – same version of WC and WP.
The problem appeared after updating. Additionally, I have another bug – the shipping classes do not work. Only if you enter a basic general value for shipping in the settings, then it delivers it. Otherwise, you receive a message for “There Are No Shipping Methods Available.” All my products have classes and they do not seem to be recognizable, as it was before.

I thought it’s related, sorry. Sme version and same kind of problem, I’m not an expert, so I didn’t see the different issue
