    Hello,

    I have a problem when testing my form on a client website. All my email i put are blocked by Cleantalk.

    What is the problem ?

    Hello,

    There are some issues with request parameters. Please try to set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Store data in the website database (alternative?mechanism)’ here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    Then clear your website?cache. Make sure that the website?cache?is 24 hours or less.

    Hi,

    yes it work now. But is it a temporary problem affecting all my site or it is just related to that site ?

    And for the website cache, i use WP Rocket, have i to change setting here ?

    Seems like the problem is related to the website cache (WP Rocket), please change WP Rocket settings to keep the cache for less than 24 hours.
